|Description:||To provide overall management of contracts with outside agencies, utilizing employees and meeting all contract requirements.|
|Duties:||-Provides employee job skills development and task training to achieve maximum skill levels.|
-Coordinate with Contracts Management regarding employee work progress and readiness for competitive employment.
-Responsible for the overall planning, organizing and supervision of all phases of assigned contracts. Coordinates with customer for work in progress, orders, supplies, deliveries, etc.
-Directs the safe job performance and effective utilization of skilled labor.
-Assists in defining and implementing the most productive work methods and procedures to achieve the maximum utilization of time and resources.
-Maintains appropriate reports, records and other management controls to ensure the most safe and efficient performance of contract requirements.
-Interacts with contract customer to resolve service problems.
-Ensures that customer production and quality control requirements are met.
-Performs necessary preventative maintenance on equipment.
-Responsible for the completion of measurable performance of assigned employees.
-Perform other related duties as required.
|Qualifications:||-Possess valid driver's license and independent transportaton.|
-Ability to pass Department of Human Resources
(DHR) background investigation.
-Ability to express self well in oral and written form.
-Must be able to work various schedules.
-Must be able to cover other sites when needed.
-Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.
-Ability to work in a dusty environment.
-Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, reach and climb.
-Ability to work in extreme heat and cold.
