|Description:||Maximize sales in retail store by assisting customers and satisfying their request whenever possible. Fill store-staffing requirements as needed|
|Duties:||-Be a team player|
-Demonstrate excellent customer skills
-Accept donations from the public
-Presort and process donated goods
-Replenish merchandise on sales floor as needed
-General housekeeping duties
-Must be able to react with short notice to any store assignment within a 20-mile radius
-Must be able to work flexible hours
-Must be able to distinguish colors
Associates will be required to stand and/or walk for long periods of time. They will also be required to lift loads of up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis. Regularly required to retrive items from the floor or to reach overhead.
|Qualifications:||-Must show initiative|
-Must be proficient in basic reading, writing and math skills
-Must be flexible in adapting to changing tasks
Work environment involves regular contact with public and staff of all levels. Unpredictable situations require flexibility of schedule. Environment may not always be climate controlled, dusty conditions may exist at times.
