| Description: | To provide overall quality control of all contracts to meet customer specifications and requirements
|
| Duties: | -Maintain contact with customer's Quality Control Inspector when applicable.
-Coordinate with Contracts Management and reports any discrepancies of deficiencies.
-Follow-up with supervisors to ensure that deficiencies have been corrected.
-Maintains appropriate reports, records and other quality control files to ensure the most safe and efficient performance of contract requirements.
-Assists in defining and implementing the most productive work methods and procedures to achieve the maximum utilization of time and resources.
-Interacts with contract customer to resolve service problems.
-Ensures that customer's quality control requirements are met.
-Make weekly visits for random QC inspection at all contract sites to maintain high quality service.
-Other duties as assigned by Contracts Management. |
| Qualifications: | -Possess driver's license and independent transportation.
-Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
-Ability
to pass Department of Human Resources background investigation.
-Ability to express self well in oral and written form.
-High School Diploma
-Must be able to work flexible hours.
Physical Requirements
-Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
-Ability to work in a dusty, noisy environment to include odors, chemicals and outdoors.
-Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
-Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, reach, and climb.
-Ability to work in extreme heat and cold. |
